Prince Charlie, Argyle, Fly Plaid


The upper part of the full formal kilt outfit consists either of a “Prince Charlie” or an “Argyle” jacket. Prince Charlie is considered more elegant and therefore, the most suitable and frequently worn during evening or formal events, while the Argyle is normally worn at day events where the Prince Charlie would be considered over dressed.
